Appointment Policy

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our designated booking portal (Womb2Bloom), via WhatsApp, or by calling the clinic reception directly. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

2. Arrival Time

We request that patients and their attendants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows for necessary registration, vitals checking, and ensures that the doctor can see all patients on schedule.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive significantly late for your appointment, you may be asked to wait so that patients who arrived on time can be seen, or you may be required to reschedule your appointment for another day depending on the clinic's schedule.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment slot to another sick child in need of care.

5. Walk-in Patients

While we accept walk-in patients, priority is given to those with pre-booked appointments, except in the case of medical emergencies where triage protocols will apply.

6. Emergency Cases

In the event of a severe medical emergency arriving at the clinic, routine appointments may be slightly delayed as the doctor attends to the critical patient. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
